Why build it
Production work is under NDA. This is the version I can show: the same decisions, made in the open, on a customer that does not exist.
Scope
- Discovery. Contact-reason analysis and a business case built with the calculator.
- Agent. A voice agent for billing, outage reporting and meter readings, with three tools exposed over MCP on simulated utility APIs (authentication, validation, error handling included).
- Evaluation. Transcripts turned into regression tests that run on every change.
- Measurement. A KPI tree from conversation traces to containment, handle time, first-contact resolution and cost per resolution.
- Post-mortem. What broke, written up as it happened.
